You can select a wedding photography package that most closely matches your requirements or create your own customised package using the 'Custom Package Creator' on the Packages and Prices page. 1. Pre-wedding (usually at the bride’s home or hotel) - Bride's preparations before the wedding. This can produce some of the most interesting pictures, especially for the groom since he was not present. 2. Ceremony - The church/venue before the bride and groom arrive, guests arriving, groom arriving, groom with best man and groomsmen/family, bridesmaids etc., lots of candid shots of guests and groom waiting for the bride, guests and groom entering the venue, bride arrival and entering the venue, the ceremony itself (as close as possible depending on the priest/officiant), signing the register, bride and groom leaving, confetti etc., guests leaving the venue, candids of the congratulations (can be very moving), portraits of family, guests and of course bride and groom outside the venue. There are usually requests for specific shots of family groups etc. at this time which is no problem. Some time is dedicated to taking more intimate portraits with just the bride and groom. There is usually an ideal location near to churches/venues for this and this part of the day produces some of the best pictures. At some weddings there is a post-ceremony gathering in the church hall or hotel lobby/bar. This is covered as part of the ceremony at no extra cost. 3. Reception - Guests arriving, bride and groom arriving, speeches, cutting cake, first dance, guests dancing, interesting candids of all. The reception is usually covered until a little after the first dance depending on the schedule. |

4. Hard-back story-book - 80 pages for the medium package and 120 pages for the large and full packages. A large (13 X 11 inch) is provided but a standard (10 X 8 inch) book can be provided instead at a reduced cost. Both include pictures printed directly onto the hard-back cover (front and back) and premium paper. Books are sourced from an American company who use a high quality four colour offset process as opposed to the more usual, lower quality three colour printing. Included are 10 free 12x8 inch prints with the medium, large and full packages and additional prints are available at reasonable prices should you want them. Optional extras include traditional photo albums and storybooks by Graphistudio which while expensive, they are superb quality. Sample Graphistudio books and the standard and large books can be viewed when a free, no obligation home visit is arranged. |

5. Full resolution photo DVD with copyright permissions - This contains all the full resolution images from the day. They can be printed by any high street lab to a very large size if required. It comes as part of the digital, large and full packages but not with the basic and medium packages (can be purchased seperately). All photographs taken by the photographer are owned by the photographer so the DVD is provided together with permission for clients to use the images as they please. Most photographers will usually charge a good deal more for this disc. 6. Professionally produced slideshow DVD with music - very popular with clients. The DVD itself has a laser etched image of the bride and groom on it and can be played in any standard DVD player. It is accompanied by music. The DVD comes in a quality case with pictures from the wedding on the front and rear. |

The above more or less covers the average wedding. However, all weddings are different so some elements are subject to change. There is no specific time limit set for the packages. |
